As a company that works with companies such as Uber, Salesforce and Braintree to help them retain, engage and retain millennial employees through social impact experiences – we thought we should find get some useful data.
So we did a survey asking millennials why they chose to work where they do, what makes them happy and what could their companies be doing better to make an impact on a local and global level. We didn’t just leave it at companies we work with either, we tapped into our network to get responses from over 100 millennials from companies such as Facebook, Instagram, Samsung, LinkedIn and Universal participated as well as smaller well funded start ups.
